Community groups are an important way to connect, support and grow within the Covenant Presbyterian Church fellowship. We encourage you to get involved in a community group that fits your location and schedule:
East Group
Meets in Aurora once a month on a Wednesday at 7:00 pm at the Ratcliff's home. They are currently studying "Take Every Thought Captive" by Richard Pratt. This group also enjoys, chatting and getting to know one another, praying together, and snacking. They also enjoy periodic potlucks. Southwest Group
Meets in south Lakewood once a month on a Saturday evening at 5:30pm at the Van Zweden's home. They are currently studying "Mere Christianity" by C.S. Lewis. This group also enjoys praying together, fellowship, and dinner. Please contact Roy at roy@vanzwedens.com or the church office for specific meeting dates and information.
Central Group
Meets every Wednesday evening at the church at 7:00 pm. They are currently studying R.C. Sproul's dvd series "Pleasing God". This group is led by Deacon Zach Bell. They gather to study God's Word, pray and share fellowship together. Please contact the church office for further information.
North Group
Has suspended meeting for the time being. They do however, meet at the home of Elder Dartt Demaree for occasional fellowship and food. Contact the church office for further information.
Golden Years
This group is geared for those years and older. Has been suspended until further notice. Please contact the church office for any other information.
Community Night
Will be taking a fresh look and reassessing our focus over the next few months (April-May). Please contact the office to find out our progress.
